Extra lovely, this petite French pocket dates to the late 19th C. . The front is adorned with a tiny flower set with sparkling rose cut diamonds, framed by a lacy border, shimmering with rose cut diamonds. The diamond embellishments appear to float on a translucent purple enamel over a machine engraved background (called guilloche enamel) giving the watch a stunning holographic shimmer. The reverse displays the watch dial with black numerals and blued steel hands. The watch can be worn with the rose cut diamond bow watch pin or suspended on a long necklace. Exceptionally lovely and in working condition.
