Originally the jeweled top of a 1940's Mauboussin clip, the face of this ring has been expertly reimagined into its current form. At the center sits a vivid 6-carat red spinel, accompanied by a GCS report confirming Burmese (Myanmar) origin with no indications of heating. Encircling the spinel is a halo of approximately 2.75 carats of chunky old mine cut diamonds, their broad facets and high crowns lending the soft, romantic brilliance unique to early hand-cut stones.
