Stewart in Glasgow, this romantic late 19th century crescent brooch is lined with a graduated course of 4.35 carats in glittering old mine-cut and rose-cut diamonds, masterfully hand fabricated in silver over 18K gold with both a pin stem and retractable bail so that it can be worn as a pendant.
Diamonds: estimated 4.35 total carats, largest .65 carat VS2 clarity with Jcolor. One .20 ct diamond has O color with I1 clarity. One .40 carat diamond is K color with VS2 clarity. Remaining diamonds are well matched and range VS2 - SI1 clarity with H-I-J range in color.
