Feminine and lovely, this petite pocket watch was manufactured by Golay Fils & Stahl, circa 1915. The front is centered on sparkling .10 carat old-cut diamond, which is bezel set in the center of a tiny sunburst which floats on translucent pink enamel over a machine engraved background (called guilloche enamel). The guilloche gives the watch a stunning holographic shimmer which enhances the diminutive hand painted bow and swag border. The reverse displays the porcelain watch dial with black numerals and gold hands. Perfect to wear hanging from a watch pin or long necklace. Exceptionally lovely and in working condition.
